amongst one the first to be made. Large history file includes
letters from Steve Wynne of Sports Motorcycles, Manchester to the
first owner in the early 80's and, recent e-mails from Glyn Robinson
S.Wynne's engineer and partner indicating that it most likely was a
very early Sports import. Specification: Finished in shiny red
paintwork as per the early Tony Rutter racers. Unusual gear change
on the right, Brit bike style, with box section Harris type swinging
arm and concentric chain adjusters. Gears one up four down gives
quite rapid up changes. History file shows extensive engine work
late 80's by Paul Klatkiewicz of Ducati Technical Services W.Yorks
at 44,300 kph, who also re-commissioned it in 2012 at 44,795kph. The
following modifications completed. New wiring harness incorporating
Electronic Sachse ignition. Light alloy flywheel. Led warning
lights. Cut out switch (right) starter button (left). New lights,
Triumph style rear to alloy guard. Refurbished original indicators.
Stainless race replica two into one exhaust.
Fork brace, steering damper, Hagon shocks. Chain and sprockets as
new, 40 tooth rear. Standard sprocket set. Refurbished Brembo's,
stainless lines. New Motobatt battery. Tommasselli chrome throttle.
Bridgestone tyres. Single seat, matching paint. The only way
to describe the bike is concourse, it is so attractive and a much
admired interesting example, well serviced and looked after. It
starts on the button and pulls like a train. The exhaust with fixed
baffle sounds terrific! UK reg doc's in file plus UK Mot's. Delivery
and shipping arranged.
